In recent years as a national co-lead for two rounds of the Every Day Counts innovation: “Crowdsourcing for Advancing Operations” and lead facilitator of Strategic Highway Research Program – Round 2 (SHRP2) of Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO) capability maturity assessments and program planning deployments. Proven ability to guide agencies through regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and operational transformation and sustainability. Trusted advisor to Federal and State Department of Transportation’s, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO), and local municipalities seeking practical, scalable mobility solutions.
